How does it work?

Go to tax on web and download your proposal as a PDF

Log in to the government portal via MyMinfin, navigate to your tax proposal, and download the full PDF file to your device.

Click the button “Get started” on the top of this page

Locate the main action button in the navigation bar or hero section to begin the optimization process.

Choose your language you wish to continue in

Select your preferred language (English, Dutch, or French) to ensure the AI understands and responds to you correctly.

Upload the PDF you just downloaded

Drag and drop your tax proposal PDF into the secure upload area. We process it privately and never store your personal data.

Who are we?

We are Devium, a small Belgian company that loves to experiment with new technologies. We do this to offer the best results for our customers and learn in the process.

Why do we do this? We know the struggle about tax entries and we did this as a fun project in order to test either AI capabilities and the power of automation. We see that this can be helpful to all Belgian citizens so we decided that it would be great to share this with everybody. Although it is a test version we still believe it can be a tool that can give indications even if it helps a small amount.

Yes for you it is truly free, we do not charge anything.

Depends on your situation and how complex your tax entry is. The AI will decide for itself what questions to ask you in order to optimize it to the best of its abilities. You will get a max timeframe of 1 hour so make sure not to hang around. Keep your information at hand if you need some changes.

Whenever you submit a PDF/image/... we due process your data on the server. Once your result is shown all the data used from this is being erased and can not be retrieved. If you reload the page all the progress will be gone. We keep the data max for an hour on our server and after that it will be automatically removed from all resources. The unfortunate thing that comes with this is that you have 1hour to complete the process and get to your result.

We would love to say that this is 100% accurate and perfect but it is NOT! This is still AI, an experiment and not concluding. We highly scream out of the top of our lungs that this result is not perfect. Keep this in mind while getting the result. It is intended to be an indicator so you can go to an expert to hopefully get the better result you saw. AI's are still really self choosing and can put a bit of magic fantasy in the mix while generating responses and results. We try to mitigate this but still it is not perfect.

We are a couple of friends that just love technology and like to learn as much as possible. We try to keep inventing new things and discovering better solutions for all digital problems. With the last tax entry we thought “How can we improve this process?” And here we have it! Helping everybody is something that we all consider and this was perfect to publish.

We prioritize user privacy by exclusively using EU-based providers. We believe in full transparency: our hosting is provided by Hetzner (Germany), our AI models are powered by Mistral AI (France), and our analytics are handled by Plausible (Estonia). All other functionality is custom-built by our team.
